We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who took part in the Childerwood Pumpkin Competition!
The children had a wonderful week spotting all the creative pumpkins as they arrived each day. The excitement spread indoors too — every child had the chance to explore, carve, and decorate their very own pumpkin, making sure everyone could join in the fun!
By Friday, the buzz was at its peak! The children eagerly set out to pick their favourites, each hoping their creation would be crowned the winner. 🏆
How We Chose Our Winners
Our final decisions were based on two special categories:
- The Most Child-Led Creation
- The Most Attention from Passers-By
Every participant will receive a certificate and a pack of Halloween Haribo sweets as a token of appreciation for their creativity and effort.
And of course, our winners from each age group will receive an extra special spooktacular Halloween gift!
Thank you again to all our amazing children, families, and staff for making this year’s pumpkin competition a truly magical event. We can’t wait to see what creative ideas next year brings!
