Scavenger Hunt
Today, we organised a scavenger hunt for the children, followed by a picnic in the field, as part of our activities for World Environment Week.
The children listened well to instructions and had fun as they successfully found all the items on our list, such as birds, spider webs, sand, flowers, stones, trees, tree bark, and ants.
During the scavenger hunt, the children diligently marked off each item they found on their own worksheets and worked together to search for items before sharing them with all of their peers.
Participating in scavenger hunts is not only enjoyable but also helps improve social skills, sensory regulation, problem-solving abilities, and fosters a deeper connection with nature.
