Leadership Team
I am a passionate early years professional with over two years of experience working with children aged 0–5. My current role is Operations Manager, but I am also one of the Designated Safeguarding Lead, where I take great pride in creating a safe, nurturing environment where every child feels supported and valued.
As a parent to two children aged 8 and 3, I bring both professional knowledge and real-life experience into my role. This helps me build strong, understanding relationships with families and support each child as an individual.
I hold my Level 3 qualification in Early Years and have also become a Step On trainer, supporting and encouraging others in their development. Alongside this, I am trained in paediatric first aid, food hygiene, and health & safety, and have completed additional courses in behaviour and bereavement support. I believe in caring for the whole child and supporting families with empathy and understanding.
I am always looking to grow and develop in my role, and I am excited to be planning my SENCO training in summer 2026 so I can further support children with additional needs.
